feedback on condos available thru pag-ibig housing loan

anyone here has bought a condo from developers available thru pag-ibig housing loan?

what holds us back from trying this is our notion that condos available thru pag-ibig are usually of lower standard than those that are not (but these are generally heavier on the pocket given the much shorter terms).

what do you think? any first-hand experience?

btw, what developers would you recommend for this?

Not all condos available thru PAGIBIG are low in quality. Choosing the correct residential developer is the key. I am recommending DMCI Homes as the best residential developer in the country. In fact, they have been awarded by the Reader’s Digest as one of the most trusted brands in the field of real estate development. Few years ago, my family bought a condo in The Amaryllis thru PAGIBIG loan. Here are the steps we made:

    1. Attended a housing loan counseling session at the nearest PAGIBIG Office.
    2. Filled-out Preliminary loan counseling questionnaire.
    3. Filled-out housing loan application form
    4. Filled-out Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
    5. Submitted those forms and paid P1,000 for the processing fee.

Wait for the letter of approval from PAGIBIG. You’re now ready to go.

Hi, I just want to ask if it is possible to acquire a House & Lot from any developer (e.g. Camella, DMCI, etc.) through PAG-IBIG financing. I heard from some agents na puwede daw yon pero ikaw daw personally ang maglalakad. Do you know the steps and procedures kung paano? Thanks in advance.
