Mukhang ilang shooting days pa din sila for El brujo eh.

Gerald Anderson: ‘I’d rather be an actor than a heartthrob’
5/25/2012 10:03 AM
by: Bernie Franco
Grabe ‘yung research at grabe ‘yung hard work na binuhos naming lahat, ng staff and crew and management.”
“Ayoko kasing i-cheat ‘yung role, eh.
“Kasi ito ‘yung first time na gumawa ako ng ganitong klaseng role and first time na magpalabas sa Pilipinas ng ganitong show ‘di ba? ‘Yung mentally-challenged. I accepted it with an open heart, ibinigay ko lahat, iniba ko ang itsura ko, ‘yung weight ko, lahat, everything binago ko.
Madali namang maging crush ng bayan pero ang pinakamahirap is how to be passionate about your craft, mahalin mo ‘yung trabaho mo talaga. Pero siyempre ‘pag tinatawag kang crush ng bayan, sobrang nakakataba ng puso, but I’d rather be a good actor than a heartthrob.”
That’s why I do my best para maging maganda talaga at iba ‘yung projects na ginagawa ko.”
I learn from it, I gain from the success I earn.
