Though getting Lowry and Scola is an upgrade for LA.

I read somewhere that Pau was offered for D-Will before the trading deadline and the Nets declined. For me as a laker fan I will trade Gasol for Deron Williams straght up. Then, trade Bynum for Howard plus other lakers scrub. Then, get a shooter from the free agent plus a good backup PG. Then the starters would be....PG-Williams, SG-Bryant, SF-MWP, PF-J.Hill, C-Howard. The bench.......get at least one big, one PG, the rest....all shooters.
As far as I know, nabasa q lang din. Jamal Crawford is officially free agent..
Not really. I see it as a high risk/high reward deal on Houston's end. Should the deal actually happen, and Pau comes back next year the same way he did in 2009, people will talk about how Mitch traded a versatile 7ft All Star for a bunch of good, but not great, players. Gasol's problems, as usual, are on the mental side of the game.
I'd agree with you, only if Morey never agreed to trade Scola for Pau in the off season. But he did, he obviously wants Pau!
here's a small thought: what if we never traded toney douglas in 2009?
Perk was asked what the difference is between defending Tim Duncan and Andrew Bynum. “Well, Duncan is smart,” he said.
BANG!![]()
If Bynum isn't smart, how about Kendrick "Illegal picks" Perkins?
swap players with okc team. haay, badtrip tong season na to.
Pork may have taken a pot shot, but I would have to agree though that Bynum is not smart.![]()
bynum is not just not smart, he is dumb.
galit na si Bynum. titira yun ng maraming tres next season.![]()
**** i*a yang perkins na yan kala mo kung sinong magaling![]()
Gasoft to Chi-Town?
well the Bulls have had a man-crush of Pau all season long. with Rose out next season, Pau would be stop gap centerpiece of the Bulls offense.Bulls.com columnist Sam Smith writes that versatile big man Pau Gasol might be exchanging Hollywood for the Windy City, citing Los Angeles Lakers insiders who tell him that "Gasol would like to play for the Bulls."
The 32-year-old Spaniard averaged a career-low 17.4 points, to go with 10.4 rebounds this past season with some questionable playoffs performances, including back-to-back single digit games against the Denver Nuggets in the first round, and some fourth quarter disappearing acts in the Western Conference semifinals versus the Oklahoma City Thunder.
In the same column, Smith also wrote, "You hardly need any sources for is to see [sic] how he and Bryant basically can't stand one another....That was because Bryant and Gasol were constantly at odds. And that came out several times in the playoffs with the two frequently arguing on the court and Bryant again questioning Gasol's heart."
Gasol currently is on the books for two more seasons at more than $19 million dollars per year.
