jessica is the strongest bet amongst fil-am contestants who joined AI. she is the most deserving candidate to win the title this year given her phenomenal talent and range as a singer.

I support Jessica because she is a versatile singer a talented pinay(base on constitution if you have a parent with filipino blood you are legally a filipino correct me if i am wrong) the best among the contestant in season 11 of AI and well deserved young artistic technical singer of her time. As per being a filipino the rush of blood of the same lineage that keeps telling me I AM PROUD to be One because true filipino are not into crab mentality but Proud of the success of our KABABAYAN, unity in diversity , "BAYANIHAN" the most important trait of Pinoys

She's all-in-one package! She's armed with a powerful growl where she can combine it to her belt. She's the expert in vocal control. She can sing a straight note or with a vibrato. Her falsetto takes us to heaven. With undeniable confidence and experiences, she can easily deliver a song flawlessly and in perfect pitch. It's no surprise for this 16 year old girl to be praised by Randy Jackson to be one of the best in the world.

She can sound like Jennifer Hudson, Beyonce, Whitney and Michael Jackson. She can sing like a black american and professional diva. Her vocal techniques are crazy! She can sing any song, from classic to modern songs she can kill it. She's the one.

With Filipino-Mexican Jessica Sanchez now singing her way to the finale aiming to become the next American Idol, I know that more than anything else; it is not my patriotism that is hoping that she’ll beat out this year’s Idol heartthrob Philip Phillips to win the coveted title. Both are very talented and are very different artist but Jessica’s just the real thing. I could totally see her selling millions of album and becoming that young Whitney or young Mariah in the future. This kid has a gift that we rarely see especially on reality television.

I support Jessica Sanchez because she is technically the best singer in the competition, and AI is a singing competition.
She is also the most versatile, she can sing ballads, uptempo, RNB, whatever. Just give her a song and no doubt she will do that song justice.
During her stint in the competition, she has gained the most praise from the known artists in the music industry. Google her name and you will see that.
She received a standing ovation from the judges as early as the group performances round. So far she's had 7 well-deserved standing ovations. She is also responsible for the most memorable performance of the season with I Will Always Love You.
I am supporting her not just because she is a half-Filipina, but because she deserves it.

Jessica Sanchez is the best thing that ever happened to American Idol. She is the future and the franchise of the show. The sixteen year old Filipino-Mexican American songstress is the Sanchize! She should be the next American and International Idol!!

She is the best singer in America right now and technically one of the most versatile vocalists on the planet.

She really deserves to win because of pure talent alone. And, also her winning the Idol would change the world. She represents the American dream, she would shatter the mold against all odds. It is just a singing competition but if she wins, it will have a historical and social impact, comparable to Barack Obama getting elected as president of the United States.

Yes there is a bigger picture here. I think America is changing for the better but racism and inequalities are very much alive and well. Jessica's victory would definitely help America from moving forward.

Jessica has my vote, not because I'm a Filipino and we both share the same heritage but rather she is so talented and has lots of potential. Actually, this batch of idol hopefuls renewed my faith in the show after such 2 dreary seasons. What made me choose Jessica is that she has the charisma, the voice, and the consistency all throughout the competition. Jessica has a place in the market already, currently, there's no young teenage belter in the US Market in which Adele is dominating in the female charts. She could go bubblegum pop or go R&B. Lastly, i like her tenacity to rise among the odds and just bring her passion every performance. What she has is a consistency and those riveting performances of her made me download her mp3's. I'm happy for Jessica in what she achieved so far but i'd be happier if she won the Idol crown and rest it away from all of the young good looking mediocre male winners of the past seasons...

coz she's the best among the AI hopefuls this season vocally. Her charm and voice captivate my attention to watch every episode of AI and probably downloaded all her songs and play them all day long. Being a versatile singer and her AMAZING performances every week, she's definitely deserves to be the next American Idol

The last Idol I watched was the season of Jordin, Blake, Cris (was rooting for Cris back then). After that, I lost track of the show and then came Jessica. When I first heard about her, they're saying that she's a half-Filipino and she's really good. I thought they're exaggerating things (you know Pinoys tend to exaggerate things especially if it favors them). Until I finally saw one of her performances one time. I fell in love with her instantly, yung stage presence ninya is very remarkable, kakaiba and very humble lady.

After seeing one of her performances videos, I quickly downloaded episodes 1-36 (Top 4).... OVERNIGHT! And man, she's really the one, regardless kung ano mang race ninya but she's really good IMHO.

Imagine, I've been with PEx since 2005. I have no idea if back then in 2002 when Idol started, if PEx has already thread for the very first Idol season. I became a full-pledged "Inday-tard" as they call it sa AI thread last week during Top 3 when Jessica was in the brink of losing her Idol journey. Bottomline is, sa tinagal-tagal ko sa PEx, first time kong mag-post at magpaka-Inday tard last week and I keep on saying "ganito pala ang feeling"

i love how she becomes a totally different person when she sings on stage..she's so confident...and so far among all the contestants she's the one who tried different genres but still delivered it well...she follows the advice of the mentors and judges and always challenged herself...i remember reading before that after one performance to another they would ask how could she top that one....lo and behold she would deliver again a different or surprising performance i also love it when she surprised us with her song choices <3

i also love that when she's done..she returns to her old humble self which is endearing...

she deserves the title American Idol because she worked hard for it and delivered

Because she deserves it! I think it's just a plus factor that she's pinay kaya mas excited ako sa kanya, but otherwise, cmoooon!! SHE. CAN. SSAAYYYYYYYNNNGGGG!!!!
