Rumors are circulating that the noontime host of the popular variety show “Eat Bulaga” is eyeing the top seat of Quezon City on 2013 polls.

Vic Sotto, popularly called “Bossing” in local entertainment industry, is at the center of reports of another celebrity crossing the bridge and joining the political arena. According to rumors, the host and actor is eyeing the mayoralty position of Quezon City. Another report says that Vic is also considering running for a Senate seat to join his older brother Sen. Tito Sotto.

Sought for any confirmation to the rumors, Sen. Tito Sotto said that they are casually talking about the possibility of Vic Sotto entering public service.

Aside from Vic, talent manager Annabelle Rama has also been reported to be planning to run as a house representative of Cebu.

As of this writing, Vic has not issued any statements about the news of him joining the political fray come next year’s polls.

So if ever Vic runs and win as mayor of Quezon City, will that make Pauleen Luna the first lady of the ‘City of the Stars’?

I think he's more interested to work lang sa EB and spread his good intentions to help needy people without a doubt. kaya nga ginawa nila ang sugod bahay gang para madiscover nila kung gaano kahirap ang mga ibang pinoy at tuloy matulungan. mas type niya ang pelikula at comedy and Eat Bulaga. yon lang yon.
