To know who blocked you, you could create another account. You can then try to add that person. If that person is online, then he blocked your other account. Maybe that person just do not like you. Anyway, we cannot please all people. I had experienced it also. There is nothing more to do but just appreciate all the people who love you. We cannot change the fact that MSN is designed with thess two things: block a contact and delete a contact.
