This is shocking video. The mother is guilty, of course. But think what the videographer is doing. Evil happens when others do nothing.

And the reason why we need to stand for the weak, the vulnerable and the abused is because they cannot stand for themselves.

Thankfully, it is not a Pinoy video. As you sense from the language, it is actually Malaysian; and the woman is being punished already. I do not know what happened to the video-taker, whom I believe to be equally guilty.
