Provide regional desktop support remotely
Attend / Monitor / Resolve and Close tickets within pre-defined SLO.
Log / Document / Monitor request and incident tickets.
Handle severity 1-2 tickets or escalations.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or anay related courses.
At least 1 year technical support experience in the following:
-Windows Operating systems such as 2000, XP, Vista.
-MS Office Applications 2003 and 2007.
-Internet Explorer browser, VNC and Remote Desktop Connection
-Computer Hardware Troubleshooting.
-Sharepoint / Intranet / Communicator.
Experience in Blackberry Support is an advantage.
Preferable one that has a call center Tech Support Background.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule / holiday
Willing to work in Makati
