Local and US licensed nurses at EXL services

A better alternative than going to K.S.A.
Almost within the same salary range, much better coz ul be
working in the luxury of ur own country.
Nanay, tatay and kuya would enjoy the same health benefits
    without charge.
    Performce allowances and other bonuses.

I will be starting work soon and i would make a review of the company and da work itself para sa mga kapwa kong nurse hu are still struggling to find work.

They refer to the position as nurse associate. Requires very basic computer knowldge in the interview.
The company will be shouldering an employees NCLEX review and examination!! At least thats what they told me during interview, can anyone confirm this?

wow. thats good kung totoo nga. kaso lang baka may catch din.

sabi sa ibang mga forum, medyo tagilid daw ang working environment sa exl plus mababa ang sweldo compared sa ibang companies na looking din ng mga USRN.

***** you will be tied up for a yr or two which is fair enough. Dami nga negatve post bout exl peru sa ibng avcounts ata, il give you guys some feedback. I have no point of comparison regarding sa salary, but sa tingin ko, accenture is offering the highest, not sure bout the others. But i guess its still better than doing nothing.

Im not familiar wid other cc's compnsation. I fell short sa tl position ng accenture *** i tried exl. So far ok para sakin, il kip u guys posted evey step of the way bout my work jouney to exl. Training will start nxt wik. It saddens me kc to know nurses dat r stil unemployed, ive been to k.s.a and back, its a cliche peru ders no place lyk home

I really hope more and more demands for nurses in the bpo industry. I bet this would be a start of something big for us.

Guys, I am with Accenture now and all I can say is its really good here!! Training palang ako dito pero so far so good!! And the compensation, WOW!

I can help you guys! Just send your resumes at ancr346a@gmail.com and I will immediately endorse you to our HR people!!

Kelangan may license # kayo, so kung california ang nclex niyo, you need to transfer it to another state. Sa Texas, you only need to spend 10-15k. I think yun yung cheapest.
