    thin body, big belly

hello! hingi lang ako advice. before ako magstart magwork out (8 months ago) i was 109 lbs. ngayon, im already 132 lbs. nagkaron ako ng konting chest and nagkalaman pero lumaki din ang tiyan ko. how do i get abs and get rid of the belly fat? will cardio help my problem?

What are your eating habits?? the fact lumaki ng todo tiyan mo means you are eating too much and most likely, the wrong types of food.

you need to build muscle while watching what you eat to speed up your metabolism

"Konting chest and nagkalaman" means you see minor improvement in your body and "lumaki din ang tiyan ko" im assuming is bigger than your chest?

Cardio will only help you burn calories, lose weight but does not promise to burn fat in the midsection which is the hardest to target.. like blakedaddy said, you probably been eating the wrong amount of food.. besides your eating habit what your workout routine?

IMO, you are doing way too much and not focusing on the basics.

how about doing the program in the beginner thread?

I also agree you are doing way too much.. i use to work out a lot like your routine.. then thank goodness to this forum and people from it i learned im doing everything wrong..

If you focus on compound movements instead of splits, you wont even have to do ab exercises to flatten your stomach

^ I train sa eclipse shaw since that's where I work..

sa iyo, kutob ko, you need to eat more protein and kelangan bawas softdrinks, sweets, iced tea and juice. kumbaga focus sa real food and start lifting heavy...

at yung "sabi ng kaibigan ko" iwasan mo muna para di ka malito at maguluhan

question po - does jogging help trim the belly section?

  15. #15
^ lifting weights is a better choice. you burn calories, build muscle and raise your metabolism when you lift weights.

i have this issue too, skinny guy with tummy. Well, I've improved now, but still would like to achieve better proportions

what workout would you recommend if i can only afford 2 days a week to go to the gym?

I also run and have done long distance races / marathons

    thanks!

^ if you wanna add size, perhaps you'l need to cut down on the running.
