Basically, I just wanna know if I have a chance in landing a job at a great company when I'm fresh out of college despite some setbacks in my undergrad (read: failures in some subjects) or do a lot of these companies place grades over most factors when hiring somebody?
So sa mga Eng'g dyan, particularly na sa mga graduates na nakabagsak din at least once or twice sa undergrad:
What subjects did you fail? How did you redeem yourself? And how was your experience come job-hunting time? Did the employers ask for your TCG, ask you why you had such fails? Also, how did you get the job despite previous failures, were your grades a MAJOR factor when landing a job (particularly sa mga big-time companies like Unilever, Emerson etc. for example), did the failures affect your salary, etc. Tsaka... kamusta naman kayo ngayon? :P
Made a new thread while waiting for the admins to read my concern and delete my old thread which was messed up by time and date errors. Salamat ulit kay galing up sa tulong sa previous thread ko--kailangan ko pa nga lang ng ibang input-- so I made a new (and more straight-to-the-point) thread![]()
