If your here to lose weight than skip fad diets, and you would need to workout, if your not determined enough you probably will fail like 80% of people plannign to lose weight
I agree! You need to set a goal for your program. Say you wanted to lose weight, you should keep in mind that there should be a combination of proper eating, exercise and I also recommend taking fiber supplements such as C-lium Fibre.

I think that since the TS is asking about diets, the safe assumption is he/she is trying to lose weight in the conventional sense. If the TS knew about other things such as diets for hypertrophy, shredding and weight cutting, then he/she wouldn't have to ask any of us![]()

to the TS, I often get asked this by my new clients. I always say to them if you're just starting, you should clean your diet first. less fat, less salt and less sugar. If you can't follow this simple 3 steps, how can you follow a strict diet regimen/program. It takes a step at a time, one does not simply jump into a diet program and expect to shed off a lot of weight in a minimum amount of time.
It takes two to tango, diet is always partnered with exercise, so is weight loss or what I prefer to use is fat loss. Keep in mind that the two are different. You can lose 10lbs of weight but that doesn't necessarily mean you've lost 10lbs of fat.
So keep it simple first. Review and clean your diet. After a month or so, then you could start on a different diet regimen.
