Hindi mo kailangan maging sobrang talino.. ang kailangan mo lang mag hire ng mga mas matalino sa iyo and let them do the job. As a business owner, you are there to manage people, and that is to be their leader.

pero sa 3rd paragraph mo, delikado ka kung mag hire ka ng mas matalino syo ng di mo alam kung pano patakbuhin negosyo mo. dapat ikaw ang matuto muna bago mo ipagawa sa iba. para alam mo diskarte mula sa baba hanggang sa taas. mas magandang pag aaralan mo muna maige, mag uumpisa ka pa nga lang expenses agad?

Like for instance, magtatayo ka ng kainan, PAGKAIN ang ititinda, dapat marunong ka mag luto, magtipid sa ingredients at mag recycle ng ulam. kung maghahire ka kaagad ng di mo alam pasikot sikot malamang maloko ka tumaas expenses mo at wala ka kikitain dahil bago ka pa lang di pa kilala eatery mo. kaya ka lang mag hahire ng tao kapag dumadami na menus mo, dumadami na costumers mo sumisikat ka na. step by step hindi biglaan.

sa location ng pagtatayuan ng negosyo mo, pumoste ka sa mataong lugar ng isang oras manmanan mo paligid alamin mo kung pwede ilagay naiisip mong negosyo. hindi porke matao maraming bibili, hindi porke walang tao wala ng bibili. depende sa advertising/marketing mo.
