In order for your area to be HD capable it will need to be broadband enabled
With Sky buying Destiny it will be down to 2 CATV providers. It almost the same competition between telcos Smart buying Sun and competing with Globe

Hindi maganda yung quality nung digital preview channel (CH 4). Pinalabas yung Star World HD at yung Outdoor channel ata, noisy yung image quality. Maganda pa yung SD channels nila.

i also told the CSR that if ever i subscribe, i need to terminate my skycable subscription kasi "bawal" daw.. can anyone confirm this? i would like to subscribe to cablelink yet maintain my sky account.. i couldn't probably give up channels ANC and Asian Food Channel that easily if ever this is true..

also, i just find it weird that the SD package channels are also available in the basic package. NBA premium lang ang wala.. nonetheless, this is very GOOD for us cable tv watchers.

Digital Preview lang yan converted sa Analog System ng CATV Headends ng Cablelink kung gusto mo mag Subscribe sa Digital Channels and HD Channels tawagan mo ang Cablelink kung Available sa Area mo.

iba ang Analog sa Digital kapag ang cable mo Analog meron kang makikitang interference ghost signal image, snowy image or blurd image. kung sa digital naman Higher Resolution and pure Quality Image...
