Sundays na pala ang Revenge, kapalit ng DH. Bakit ba kasi di napick up yung Devious Maids. Problemado talaga ako na walang show na ala-DH next season or meron ba na hindi ko lang alam.

Another Marc Cherry pilot that didn't get picked up. Last year was Hallelujah.

Too many soapy pilots for ABC to pick on. I guess they're trying to avoid the overabundance of primetime soaps that ended up cancelled back in the late 90's/early 00's (Melrose Place, Central Park West, Savannah, Titans, Table for Three, etc.)

Susan Lucci will have to look elsewhere to become the primetime TV star she so longs to be.

Hmmm... I'm not sure about Revenge in the Sunday slot. Moving around a popular TV show is always a big, big risk.

Then again, OUAT is the lead-in show.

Actually, it's good for Revenge to get Desperate Housewive's vacated slot

Anyway, Friday is considered to be TV's most toughest night because lahat ng tao normally lumalabas (for movies, gimmicks) since wala ng work and school that's why it's considered to be a death slot for any show for any network regardless kung gaanong kaganda ng show. Given the above parameters, historically, walang ads (or konti) na pumapasok for any network since siyempre nasa labas lahat ng tao and normally dine-DVR nila shows that falls on Friday.

Thursday on the other hand is TV's most competitive night since dito pumapasok yung mga ad loads, advertisers places big amount of money here to catch their target demos

They moved "Two and a Half" to Thursday night! I don't know if it's a good move kahit na sabihing established show na ang Men (and with all the Sheen brouhaha) but I guess, magkakaron ito ng significant drop of viewership.
Wala ang "Rules of Engagement" sa list.

Rules of Engagement renewal negotiations still on going.

I'm shocked they moved 2.5 Men but since no show they placed after TBBT had good enough ratings might as well give it to a hit and boost Person of Interest and Elementary.

I doubt it will flop, it survived its first season without Charlie Sheen and now may The Big Bang Theory monster lead in pa. This move will probably extend the show's life pa nga hehe

But as you say, let's wait for the data this September but this is a calculated risk ng CBS

It's actually How I Met Your Mother I'm worried for, because now it's left to carry CBS' Monday primetime programming. In previous years it had anchored on hit shows The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men and CSI:Miami. Beginning fall, it will be the show expected to be the anchor for the other CBS Mondays.

Men moving on Thursdays will make CBS all the more solid on Thursdays.

How I Met Your Mother will be fine, it's coming from the its best rated overall season yet. I'm more worried about Mike & Molly since I like that show and I'm not sure if 2 Broke Girls is strong enough to be the tentpole show at 9 PM at kung good match ba sila

Galing naman ng Supernatural, from Friday for 2 seasons biglang balik Wednesday. Sayang hindi ko nasundan to ng buo. Parang too late na yata magsimula ngayon.

ANTM have been stagnant for a while now with or no changes Cycle 15 have so far been the best of the CW cycles since the show migrated from UPN. Cleaning house is something that she should have done cycles ago to keep the show fresh and relevant. I wish her luck on penetrating Friday.

As for CW Mondays...


Gonna watch out for tomorrow morning. More likely the time The CW is going to release trailers for their new shows.

As for their nth attempt to put originals in the summer season:
1. Too bad, The Frame is no longer pushing through as a summer original for the network.
2. Breaking Pointe seems to be the more interesting of the two reality shows that's going to air later this month. based on the promo, mas nagmumukha siyang documentary instead of your typical American reality "scripted" fare.
3. Hopefully, they could attempt to put original scripted programs here next year. Last time they did that was when they had 18 to Life 2 seasons ago and even before that, Kevin Williamson's Hidden Palms.

Supernatural is CW's 2nd highest rated show (pero ang layo ng gap sa #1 na Vampire Diaries) so makes sense to move it to a night where it be more useful and Arrow is compatible.

I will check Arrow and Beauty and the Beast

Bakit pa nila binago title ng First Cut? That was a better title than Emily Owens MD

Btw, since CBS cancelled Unforgettable CBS Studio on the other hand is currently shopping the show to TNT and Lifetime. Hope TNT save the show cause i lili lili lab it
