Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly, in accordance with established call-handling procedures
  • Attend to customer inquiries, process customer requests and provide information as needed
  • Provide quality customer service experience



Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must be able to fluently speak both English and Spanish
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig (McKinley Hill).
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
