- Answer incoming calls promptly, in accordance with established call-handling procedures
- Attend to customer inquiries, process customer requests and provide information as needed
- Provide quality customer service experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must be able to fluently speak both English and Spanish
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig (McKinley Hill).
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
