Thanks. Well I resigned na because a baby is more important than anything else right now. Baka mapano pa ako and the baby if I continue with that stress. Found a home-based job, which currently suit my time and skill. Mukhang maganda pa ang future ko dito. I'll see if this progress to a higher compensation

Our President, Pnoy signed a new Law RA 10151: Employment of Night Workers last June 21, 2011, which allows the employment of night workers.

In compliance to Art 158 of this law which states that pregnant women are prohibited to work at night unless otherwise certified by a competent doctor (OB) and company doctor;

“(a) Before and after childbirth, for a period of at atleast sixteen (16) weeks, which shall be divided between the time before and after childbirth;

Otherwise, you need to comply with the fit to work certification.

For certification purpose, please be guided of the procedure:

1. Submit a “Fit to Work” certified by your attending OB-GYN

2. Schedule a consultation with the company Doctor to get a “Fit to Work”

3. Submit all Fit to Work Certificates to HR

4. HR will inform respective manager if you qualify to work at night.

anyway, paki share naman yang online job mo.. what company ba yan? I'm looking for any online job kasi in my case, i can't leave my 4 year old daughter alone with a yaya kasi hindi pa siya sanay humiwalay sakin. I'm also an OU student so okay na sakin ang Online job, kahit encoding lang. I used to search in net kaso masyadong malayo ang mga office

Came from a BPO, got pregnant twice while I was still working in the industry. When I didn't get the shift I requested and I can't take the schedule, I resigned. Simple as that. I didn't want to go through the stress of having to argue with people about my shift.

good for you madam!!!! mas importante ang baby!!! pag may nangyari jan di naman nila ikaw masasagot...dont worry marami ka pang mpapasukan after your childbirth...mommy narin ako and I have 3 kids...yung last baby ko na premature dahil sa stress ko sa office paglabas nya mahina ang lungs...I should have resigned earlier para sa baby ko
