You are a beloved friend, Banimalek. But I am voting with the majority on this. I think this is a great thread and it brought people into their memory lanes. Though I will never be a fan of Alaskador, he made an unusual home-run here. Take a bow, Alaskador; just don't do it near my fly.

My only regret, in fact, is that I can't contribute much to this thread. I don't know a lot of Marvel. Between playing at the doll house and Sunday school, I was too busy when I was a kid to read much of Marvel.

fantastic 4 - corny.

captain america - corny. if youre not american theres little reason to like this hero.

And FIY, hindi lang naman yung sandamak-mak na aliens ang dahilan kung bakit mas gusto ko ang Marvel, siyempre madami pa, isa na dun yung pagiging boring ng mga DC characters, compare sa mga Marvel characters. Mga DC characters masyadong seryoso, si Terry Mcginnis at Alfred Pennyworth (Bruce Wayne's butler) nga lang yata ang medyo may kwelang personality sa kanila, as far as I know, that's as far as I know.
