I suggest you follow the correct way of passing the exam and kinda risky to do the short cut

C. Compensation
16k basic salary for all csr/tsr voice or non voice accounts. Package may differ (maybe higher) on the account where you'll be assigned

+2k non-taxable allowance after 3 months

+2k in basic salary after 2000 logged hours

5 sick leave (available after 6 months of employment)

10 paid vl (available after 12 months of employment)

point system attendance

philcare - health card

2.5k taxable attendance bonus

biweekly salary

with gym, sleeping quarters and day care center

yes, you need to pass the Versant, if you pass then you will get the job.
