selective si ob0bs, akala nakaka puntos.
ob0bs talaga![]()
The topic is about a heritage building that is about to be brought down, not one that is about to be constructed.
Besides, you don't normally build structures with the purpose of creating a heritage building in mind. Your descendants will decide what becomes heritage buildings.![]()
Losing in the angle that you brought up and then bringing up another point. Palusot na naman. Typical.
They don't give much of a hoot with heritage buildings. So? We do. We are citizens of this republic as well. We are very much entitled to our own opinion, and it is in our opinion that there has to be balance between city preservation and mall construction.

For one who earlier said that man does not live with bread alone when the acquisition of a painting for $120 million was discussed, you're one to talk about the so-called "snotty ilustrado."

Anyway, it cannot be helped. Some old sites will have to go in the name of capitalism and modernization. Sana na lang time will not come when we have moved the nation out of poverty only to find out that the things that remind us about our country's past are long gone.
at least the ob0bs is an expert at flip-flopping.

Ang point is maraming tao ang naghihirap at nagugutom, regardless of nationality. Anyway, wala naman akong issue doon. Just pointing out your inconsistencies.

The building in question is no Taj Mahal, but just imagine kung i-eemploy natin ang parehong pananaw sa bawat heritage building sa bansa natin.
Furthermore, historical spots are attractive to tourists. O ayan, may economic value din pala sila?![]()
