Nga pala, just received Amaia items from my agent, freebies daw dahil sa reservation ko
Congrats! What did you receive ma'am? I think they have better freebies now compared during the time when we reserved. I got an Amaia bag before in lieu of the mug or umbrella.

Although I was also given P2K worth of Ayala EGC's for completing my d/p ahead of schedule last year.

I received an Amaia bag and a bath towel, two items daw kasi combined units ang pinareserve ko.

Nagkamali ang agent ko, sabi nung una, me Robinsons EGCs ako, yun pala, applicable lang yun for those who made spot downpayments.

We were supposed to get the single home unfortunately, in all of their projects, these were easily sold-out. We settled for a single unit twin home instead since 3 lang naman kami.

I was on auto-debit too via BPI for my payments, I just requested that they debit 2 months equity in one shot so I could qualify with the promo last year. Sayang din kasi yun P2K, hehehe. Not sure though if they have the same promo for this year. Yun account officer ko lang nag-advise sa kin last year.

Minsan din sa freebies, they give out small appliances now like coffee maker, oven toaster, etc. I think this depends sa occasion. There was even a time last year where you receive a home theater package (LCD TV + home theater system) if you get your housing loan from RCBC. I chose BPI though since I am under Ayala para mabilis ang processing as well as use my privileges.

Am about to apply the final coat of paint tomorrow and install the vinyl planks for the 2nd floor hoping we could move-in by July. To follow na lang yun landscaping and fence.

Update: Finally, my service post was installed after 6 long months of waiting. Wouldn't have been possible if I hadn't used influence or extra powers. Meralco service na lang and we're ready to move-in.

BTW, are the clubhouses in Lipa and Cavite (or other sites) open already? I noticed in the site development maps, Lipa has the biggest swimming pool, about the same size as a basketball court; while the ones in Laguna and Cavite have lap pools lang (maybe because malapit ang Laguna sa mga resorts ). Sa Laguna, open na yung clubhouse and basketball court; while the lap pool is scheduled to open this Q4 daw.

Wow! Cool! Sayang di ko inabot eto. I'd like to share yung evolution ng unit namin. Been religiously monitoring the progress since construction started last May 2011. Last slot reserved after the fence and landscaping have been completed.

Good luck and congrats in advance ma'am! You'll never go wrong with an Ayala property as your first major investment. And besides, minsan lang mag-offer ang Ayala that caters to the masses.

Kami nga nung una medyo hesitant pa, ayun naubusan tuloy kami ng single home unit. It took us 2 months from the date of the tripping to the time we made a reservation.

  9. #69

Hi! Just got our unit and nahilo rin kami sa 'other charges' na to. Accdg to our agent, these are for registration fees and expenses, documentary stamps, transfer tax, mortgage registration charges, ac service fee, service fee, service fee, real property tax, water connection and electric connection.

    Hope nakatulong.

Glad I found to thread. First acquisition ng family itong sa amaia and nangangapa kami.

Thanks sa lahat ng nagse-share ng info!

    Welcome to this thread!

    Sorry, daming tanong.

Ah ok. That's good then. Dalawa na kayong taga-Laguna na puwede naming matanungan since I think Laguna daw yata ang first project ng Amaia.

Halos kastart ko lang kasi sa downpayment ko kaya long way to go pa ako

Nice, may ka-village na ko. Am from Laguna too, sector 1 block 18; and we're hoping to move-in this July once our Meralco service gets installed (praying). I've been reading the Carmona Estates thread recently and found an instance where a portion got flooded (knee-deep) due to defective drainage. Naku, I could imagine the inconvenience this has caused to the residents. So far, sa Laguna, di pa naman nangyayari ito, good for us.

Updates: Sa Laguna pala, they've already started putting street markers aptly named with anything related to Dr. Jose Rizal. The main road is called "Rizal Drive" and some streets were named Saturnina, Paciano, Josefa, etc.; although not all roads have street names yet. So this means our addresses will have actual street names with it instead of just the usual block and lot numbers. I wonder what would be the street names for the other sites?

  19. #79
Ano kaya magiging street names sa Lipa? Exciting! Baka mga famous Batangenyos.

    Good day Amaia homeowners

Hala, second page na yung thread....

    Walang bagong updates sa Amaia?

I haven't been to the Lipa site from my tripping last May. Hopefully, this month makasaglit ako just to see the new developments.
