what is the best country to work for nurses?

Hi. im a nurse with 1 year and 6 mos expi only. really confused where to apply abroad. yung makakaipon talaga sana and yung mababa and placement fee. i know usually ang suggestion would be at middle east. but where in middle east?

Pls help. Your reply is very much apppreciated. thank you!

when we're talking about quality of nursing job in relation to health care setting or job satisfaction, the "best" country to be a nurse is very subjective. I've heard people talk as if US is the best place to be a nurse. Others might say Canada, Australia, etc.

But in relation to your query, which to me you sound like you're asking for an easier place abroad to get into to be a nurse and still earn, I would say that the middle east is the more open market for nurses these days. Now you just have to consider your personal safety, the restrictions they impose on your freedom, and the actual terms of employment.

But if you have the resources, Australia is still a "little" open. I said a "little" because I heard that Australian nurses are also having trouble finding work, but at the same time, we still see visa sponsorship. For Australia, you have to have an IELTS exam, then submit your credentials to AHPRA. Then you have to do a 3-month bridging course in Australia, which is like AU$10,000 on average (excluding your accommodation, food, etc). Then, find an employer willing to sponsor you on a work visa.

Thank you, i do appreciate that... i would love to work at Canada, US, Australia, the problem is i don't have enough money for the fee's needed on that country.. you're working abroad right?
