- Reason why you quit your previous job - avoid negative answer like the salary is too low, my supervisor blah blah blah, the management blah blah blah.
kahit totoo na mababa sweldo, sup mo baliw, or management bulok. wag na wag mo sasabihin. markdown na yan. Mag isip ka na lang ng ibang reason. Ok lang na mag LIE ka basta make sure lang na kaya mo siya i-support and totoo na nag resign ka talaga.

BOOM! Bakit ka pala sa call center gusto mo mag apply? Kahit graduate ka ng nursing? midwifery? animal husbandry? hehe Bakit gusto mo maging call center agent kahit previous job mo is service crew? sales crew? programmer? teacher? Bakit Call Center?

Kaya ka nga nag apply ng call center agent di ba kasi alam mo na marunong ka when it comes to English communication skills. Basic qualification yan. Oo, mag iimprove talaga yan pero pagdating sa job interview wag mo sabihin yan. Sa pag aapply ko ng trabaho, marami ako nakakasabay na applicants na pag ganyan ang sagot nila, bumabagsak sila and itatanong sa'yo kung bakit ka nag apply as a call center agent kung hindi ka naman confident sa communication skills mo.
- "I need to support my family"
Oo, kailangan natin ng pera. Kaya nga tayo nagtatrabaho di ba? Para makasweldo para may ipakain sa pamilya naten, para may maitulong sa parents naten. Pero hindi sila charity. Na iiyak sa harapan mo pag nalaman nila ang masalimuot na buhay mo. WALA SILA PAKIALAM kung mahirap ka pa sa daga or ang bahay nyo eh nasa ilalim ng skyway. Sa ganyang klaseng sagot, nagmumuka kang PERA. Iisipin nila "Ay, nag-aapply ka para lang sa PERA at hindi sa commitment."
Guys, kahit hindi nyo gustuhin na magkaroon ng long term commitment sa company. Wag nyo sasabihin yan.
Career - career growth or development. Like, from agent to team leader.
Benefits - night differential, HMO, Insurance, performance bonus, attendance bonus
Pay - kung icocompare mo sa ibang trabaho, they offer above basic salary. Pag may night differential pa, tataas sweldo mo.
Kung mapapansin nyo, hinuli ko yung PAY. hehe. baka magmuka kayong pera eh. Bigyan nyo ng impact yung CAREER, like "I want to work in a position where I can experience career growth <give examples>"

Para sa'kin, pinakamadali toh sa lahat. hehe. Konting BOLA at LIE ang kailangan mo.
Walang pinagkaiba yan sa sagot na why call center pero medyo ipersonalize mo. Parang may template ka, i-edit mo na lang. hehe.
"My friend used to work here. She told me a lot of good things about this company. BOLA BOLA PORTION, this company offers a great compensation and benefits to its employees and most especially for career growth. They also have a good training program blah blah blah blah."

Dati ang sinasabi ko, may business na ako at family. Mali pala yun.
Wag kayo sasagot na related sa personal life nyo. It's all about work. Sabihin niyo na you are in a position where I can lead a team. Like, Team Leader or Manager.
Wag exaggerate ah like, CEO, PRESIDENT, etc.
What is your greatest weakness?
Wag nyo sasabihin na wala kayo weakness kasi hahanapan lang kayo ng butas ng interviewer and kahit sino naman may weakness. Kahit si superman may weakness. hehe.
May formula diyan, WEAKNESS + ACTION = ANSWER
Turn BAD into GOOD
Nag search ako ng good answer:
"I like to make sure that my work is perfect, so I tend to perhaps spend a little too much time checking it. However, I've come to a good balance by setting up a system to ensure everything is done correctly the first time."
Actually, kulang yan. so dapat iexplain nyo mabuti yung things na nakatulong sa pag solve ng weakness mo.
