may latest update na sa indie movie ni Gerald...sana final na ito talaga...
EL BRUJO daw ang title at ang director ay si direk Tikoy Aguiluz...na-excite naman ako kasi magaling siyang director, multi-awarded at di basta basta ang mga ginawa niyang movies...latest project niya ay Manila Kingpin (biopic ni Asiong Salonga) na nanalo ng maraming awards sa MMFF at Star Awards...

BACK to work si Gerald Anderson pagkatapos ng ilang linggong bakasyon sa America kasama ang kapwa Star Magic talents na sina Rayver Cruz , Young JV, at Enchong Dee. Silang apat ang madalas na magkakasama ngayon.
Sey ni Gerald nang makausap namin sa opisina ng Star Magic, nag-enjoy siya sa mahigit na isang linggong bakasyon sa America kasama rin si Sam Milby.
Isang indie film ang uumpisahan ni Gerald. Super excited siya dahil bukod sa gustung-gusto niya ang gagampanang role ay ito ang una niyang indie film, at makakatrabaho niya sa unang pagkakataon ang batikang direktor na si Tikoy Aguiluz.
“Sana maibigay ko ang talagang gusto ni Direk para sa role ko. Nu’ng basahin ko ang script, eh, talagang ako mismo, eh, napapahanga sa role ko rito. Kung nagustuhan ninyo ang role ko bilang si Budoy, dito naman kakaiba rin ito,“ kuwento ni Gerald.
El Brujo ang titulo ng indie movie niya. Pero hindi pa nga nag-uumpisa ang shooting ay iniintriga na agad ang aktor na hindi raw siya ang first choice rito, na agad niyang pinasinungalingan.
“Sinabi ng producer sa handler ko, ako raw talaga ang first choice nila at wala na raw silang ibang maisip na pwedeng gumanap na lead character sa El Brujo,“ sey niya.
This coming Monday ang first shooting day ng El Brujo na isang action movie.
Nalaman din namin kay Gerald na tuloy ang balik-tambalan nila ni Kim Chiu. Second week of May naman ang first shooting day nilang dalawa. –Jimi C. Escala

Hmmm. Feeling ko kahit action indie film ito ay may pagka dark pa din ang tema. Feeling ko lang naman ah nung nabasa ko ang title. Hahaha. Pero whatever it is, hands down naman ako kay Direk TA. Our dear Gerald will definitely shine here
