pag-isipang mabuti kung saan sasaling tournaments ang ADMU WVT in the next couple of months. Really hoping na hindi sila sumali sa 2nd season ng SVL para hindi ma scout for the upcoming UAAP. Wag sana maging greedy I know you guys head Sportsvision and you need the girls to get people to watch the games live pero sana UAAP muna focus in the next couple of months. The girls also need to recover from their injuries. Some need to lose weight, other to gain muscle mass. Denden MUST learn mental toughness. BTW if your rookies show potential better than the current veterans I guess you do have to make a decision on who to cut in your current line-up so good-luck with that. Hoping as well if the veterans feel that the rookies can help the team more, they themselves make the decision to give way to the new young guns.

Critical as well ang Christmas break for the girls so better plan now. They should have HARD training in the Christmas break. Sorry girls that's the price you have to pay if you really want that championship in the upcoming UAAP season. this season it's gonna be tight. Andaming new faces and I'm sure you don't now their games yet so technically mahirap ang adjustments. samantalang kayo everybody knows how you operate already. So i'm sure aral na aral na kayo ng opponents. Mas mahirap mag adjust in your end kesa sa kanila. the only thing you have over them is experience so find ways to capitalize on that. SERIOUSLY you guys need to strategize now pa lang.

Pagdating ng UAAP, yung mga may injuries sa team, hindi pa fully recovered. Last year, nagkasabay yung beach volley stint ni Alyssa at Bea Tan sa 2nd season ng Vleague. We all know Alyssa has been nursing that shoulder injury, kaya dapat this time wag masyado magrisk.

Para sakin, the team and the people behind it should know how to PRIORITIZE. Winning is a mindset, naexperience naman na nila sa VLeague so dapat targetin na mabuti ang UAAP.

Kaso nga pagdating ng UAAP, parang exhausted na ang mga players at isa pa, wala nang mystery.. Alam mo na kung anu yung kaya nilang ideliver individually at yung mga "designed plays" kaya nadedepensahan na sila mabuti.

And yeah, dapat ARALIN mabuti kung sino ang dapat MAGSKIP ng season 75 sa mga players. Magtraining na lang sila then I-ASSESS kung sino yung may dedication at kung sino nag-improve.

Tapos, sumali na lang sila sa Unigames (preferrably not the usual mix sa line-up) ang isabak nila dahil it looks like MAY CHANCE sila na makaharap dito ang UAAP unit ng La Salle at UST.
