    Hi! I am still waiting for bank approval pero 90% done na ang bahay. Kung may nakuha kang contractor na quality at di masyadong mahal hingin ko na lang number chandeleon.

    @chandeleon, ikaw pa lang ata ang approved sa bank yung iba tingin ko waiting o nagbackout dahil di kasi na pag-ibig.

    i am learning google skechup para mga simpple interior magawa ko at marelay sa gagawa.

    blk 16 kami....kayo po ba?

    actually, andami kong hindi magandang experience dito kay Profriends, very long story.....

    ganun na nga ginagawa namin lagi na namin tinatawagan..regarding sa agent namin..wala na..hindi na kami inaasikaso...kainis...obligasyon din naman nila na kahit papano nag-uupdate sila sa mga client nila...or kaya mangumusta man lang...magaling lang sa umpisa..

    went there last saturday kailangan pa pala ng clearance for inspection. Hay! nung last punta ko kasi naabutan ko pang may gumagawa kaya nakapasok.
