    GYM EXPERT need your help here..

    almost 2 yrs na ako ng ggym.. payat talaga ako nun nagstart ako then after 2yrs ko nagwoworkout eto na nging result ng body ko..

    ( HINDI PO AKO NAGYAYABANG DITO NG RESULT KO SINCE WALA PA NAMAN TALAGANG IPAGMAMALAKI diba? )
    gusto ko lang makita ng mga expert kung tama ba sa body ko ang result?



    i need your suggestion mga sir kung ano sa tingin nyo pa ang kulang sa body ko
    such as PROGRAM WORKOUT DIETS, SUPPS., and etc..

    kung mapapansin nyo din maliit pa ang braso ko kahit heavy and complete workout program naman ginagawa ko for my arms

    4-5 times ako laging nainom ng soya milk every week
    i usually eat some chicken and dairy products

    gusto ko lang mrinig mga comments nyo about my body..

    criticism is welcome pro sana wag nmn mxadong harmful

    now that your body has adopted the trainings and pumps, i suggest to go for a bulk up program for 12 weeks and then followed by a cutting program.

    try to research on bulking program in bodybuildingdotcom

    ilang pullups kaya mo?? yung derecho ang arms at the bottom and kaya mo chin above the bar at the top?

    hindi ko alam sir hirap ako mag palaki ng arms kahti nag biceps and triceps and shoulder program naman ako..

    sa totoo lang sa pagkain kung ano lang ang magiging ulam namin un lang din ang kinakain ko pero usually pa iba iba naman everyday such as fish, instant food, veggys, meats etc. pero dinadamihan ko naman kain ko lalo na kung kakagaling ko lang sa gym

    siguro kung chin above mga 6-8 lang pahinga then ganun ulit mejo mahina kasi ako sa back workout.

    sa mga bakal gym lang ako nagbubuhat sir student palang kasi ako hindi pa afford para magpa member sa mga first class gym..

    If you can work up to doing more pullups, expect mo madadamay din ang arms mo.

    another thing.. work your legs more.. karamihan sa bakal gym tamad mag legs

    sige sir mas dadalasan ko pag back workout..

    napansin ko din nga yun sir buti nag lelegs workout ako kahit papano..

    everyone still has room for improvement so, if pakiramdam mo may kulang pa, just keep working hard..

    saka wag kalimutan that always focus on getting stronger.. wala kang makikita na di solid ang katawan na magaan ang binubuhat

    nag plan din pala ako mag buy ng WHEY PROTEIN pagnagka pera mejo mahal kasi.. baka sakaling masmagkaron ng malaking improvement.. sa stage ba ng body ko ayos lang ba mag take nun?

    ^ I'll look for other methods by now if you want to take your body to the next level.. di na pwede bakal gym type training

    there is no best split... why?? here's why

    1. gaining mass starts and ends with how much you eat
    2. even if you don't "split" but put emphasis on the basic compound movements, you will be able to add muscle mass.
    3. even if you are using the "best" split but violate rule #1, you'll not get good results
