Rate is PHP2,000 per bed per person per month. First three

boarders to make a minimum of six-month stay will be entitled

to a FREE Hotel accommodation in Cebu or Boracay specific

hotel based on our partner establishment for a limited time

in December 2012. You just have to shoulder pocket money,

travel fare, and food allowance.

We are also offering our apartment for transient bedspaces

for PHP 200 per night. check-in time at 1:00 PM and check-out

time at 10:00 AM. Amenities include water supply, lighting,

use of bathroom and toilet, celphone battery charging. stay

duration is 1 night minimum and 3 nights maximum. House is
