I'm sure Stephen Fry is delighted that the club is staying in the PL.

New breed naman na clubs ang magstay sa epl. Loke norwich (nsa epl naman sila din dati), swansea and now 4 years absence balik reading sa epl. Next season 2nd season syndrome for norwich and swansea hope they'll defy the odds

I have to agree with the new breed in the EPL. I love Birmingham City and Blackpool back in the BPL, but looks like both of them will be in the playoff promotion involving 2 other teams. I like QPR to stay, but that is highly unlikely with their remaining fixtures.

Sorry if I talked about promotion/relegation here. Anyway, Norwich City FC is great!!

    Indeed!

Holt should have been given a nod for euro 2012 same as the swansea striker any of the two should get the nod

Yeah, he often tweets the successes of the club, a true ambassador for the Canaries!

Same here! He's done great for the club in the last three years. He's our greatest manager for me! I just hope he'll stay for more seasons with the club.

I agree! More variety of team playing styles for more exciting games in the EPL.

Sana nga makalusot uli ang Blackpool sa playoffs at sila ang ma-promote - it will be nice to see them play against Swansea.

Yes, he's got the most goals in the league next to Rooney among English strikers. He along with Danny Graham of Swansea should at least be considered for the friendlies before Euro 2012 IMHO.

The only problem is stuart pearce if he would choose primadonnas over the achievers or the current in form ones

  10. #10
That's the problem, unfortunately. Holt may have a better chance if Harry Redknapp takes over as manager.

Norwich lost 2-0 to Blackburn. Di bale, tatalunin na lang namin ang Liverpool sa Sabado.

Southampton fan here and we will be doing the "Norwich" after we beat Coventry this Saturday...

Good luck to Saints! Looking forward to see you play against us in the Prem next season.

BTW, another common factor between our teams - we both have a "Lambert" who is massive for us!

Thanks! If we play the same intensity as we've done away against Spurs, we'll win it. We drew at Anfield but considering that Liverpool will be aching to get back to winning ways and they have a better away form, it will really be a hard match for the lads.

    Norwich 0-2 Liverpool, HT, Suarez 24', 28'

Two defensive errors by Norwich lead to goals by Suarez.

Not even a single attempted shot yet, come on you yellows!

    ---------------------------
    2nd Half

Suarez had a wonder goal at 82' from past the midfield line for his hat trick.

Norwich 0-3 Liverpool, FT. Di bale, Arsenal na lang ang tatalunin namin sa Sabado.

    Hay!

T'was a good draw against the Gunners - excellent performance from the lads!

Nice to see Morison getting a goal again, adding to that of Hoolahan and Holt.

A win over Aston Villa for the last game will cap a great first season back in the EPL.

Norwich 2-0 Aston Villa, FT Holt 8', Jackson 21'

Excellent first season back in the EPL, finishing 12th in the league table...well done lads!

For the 2012-2013 Premier League season

Players in: Robert Snodgrass (Leeds) £3m*, Michael Turner (Sunderland) £1.5m, Jacob Butterfield (Barnsley) Over £1m*, Steven Whittaker (Rangers) Free, Javier Garrido (Lazio) Loan.

Players out: Andrew Crofts (Brighton) Undisclosed, Matt Ball (Stevenage) Free, Josh Dawkin (Braintree) Free, Adam Drury (Leeds) Free, Zak Whitbread (Leicester) Free, Aaron Wilbraham (Crystal Palace) Free, Daniel Ayala (Nottingham Forest) Loan.

    Summer so far:

Norwich lose manager Paul Lambert to Aston Villa and go on to appoint Chris Hughton from Villa's City rivals Birmingham. Hughton is given the club's largest ever transfer budget.

Striker Grant Holt puts in a transfer request after a dispute over a new deal but he eventually signs a new three-year contract.

Summer signing Steven Whittaker is ruled out of the start of the Premier League season because of an ankle injury.

    Key fixtures:

Norwich will visit Paul Lambert's Aston Villa on 28 October, with his return to Carrow Road on 4 May.

A spell of three home games in four near the end of the season could be crucial in their survival bid, although they end away to Manchester City.
