I prefer a co cardinal in my bedspace apartment for possible future business in IT.

We are offering non-smoking bedspaces for three rooms in the second floor of a two-storey house inside private village in Taguig City. The main bedroom can accommodate four persons maximum and measures 3.8 m. x 3.3 m. with two window panes.

The second room has a single window pane with provision for aircon and can accommodate four persons maximum and measures 3.4 m. x 2.9 m.

We are offering the third room for a single male bedspace to be shared with the landlord. It is ideal for a male student bedspacer who wants peace and quiet.

Room height is approx. 7 feet with electricity outlet and lights switch for all three rooms.

The total area of the house is approx. 9.083 meters wide x 7.62 meters. With a living area, dining area, main kitchen, a dirty kitchen, laundry corner, mini garage/storage area, combined toilet and bathroom in the ground floor, and another combined toilet and bathroom in the second floor. There is a water tank in the second floor to help in water supply. There is patio and veranda in the second floor for relaxation or clothesline.

Roads are concrete outside and inside the village. Neighborhood is ideal for college students, grads preparing for board exams, and single professionals working in offices or stores in Global City, Ayala/Makati CBD, Eastwood, or Ortigas CBD. House is near basketball court and village is near Taguig Cong. Arnel Serafica's residence so security is ensured. Area is within minutes reach to city hall, markets, Puregold store, Mercury Drug, Banks, FastFood stores, Market Market Global City, Fast rising condos and villages, present and future hospitals, jeepney thoroughfares, various eastablishments in Taguig proper, Pateros, Pasig and Makati cities, and C5 and developing C6 roads linking Eastern NCR and South Luzon provinces.

House can be reached via tricycle, pedicabs, motorcycles, private vehicles, or by foot from the main street.

Our place is also ideal for affordeable transient stays for travellers going to eastern and southern Luzon with a few minutes drive via C5 and C6 roads..

Rate is PHP2,000 per bed per person per month. First three boarders to make a minimum of six-month stay will be entitled to a FREE Hotel accommodation in Cebu or Boracay specific hotel based on our partner establishment for a limited time in December 2012. You just have to shoulder pocket money, travel fare, and food allowance.
