lahat naman ng trek mainit eh. may mga ways naman to protect yourself from the shade. arayat madaming shade pero mag kaka dengue ka sa dami ng lamok hahaha

ROCKIES
0530 Assembly LRT1 Buendia KFC
0600 Board Lemery-bound bus from Buendia (~P130)
0900 ETA Cuenca Poblacion - Highway. Walk or take trike to jump-off.
0930 start trek
1115 arrive at campsite, head to Rockies
1130 at Rockies; take pictures
1200 return to campsite for lunch
1230 start descent
1400 back at jump-off; tidy up then head back to the highway from Manila-bound bus.

VIA THE NUESTRA SENORA TRAIL
Day 1
0500 ETD Manila. Take Saulog bus to Naic (P65)
0700 ETA Naic; take jeep to Magallanes (P30)
0800 ETA Magallanes. Register at police station. Take tricycle to Brgy. Ramirez
0900 ETA Brgy. Ramirez, at Kon. Punongbayan's house. Register. (P20)
0930 Start trek
1000 ETA Ilog na Kayrayag
1100 Cross three segments of Bangkaan River; proceed to Nuestra Señora de la Paz
1200 Have lunch at Kapihan Nipa hut. There's a nearby water source.
1300 Resume trek to Campsite 1
1400 ETA Campsite 1
1500 Reach Bamboo Forest
1600 ETA campsite at base of Mt. Marami summit.
1630 Assault the summit; explore
1800 Return to camp.
1830 Dinner / socials

Day 2
0530 Wake up / sunrise viewing
0630 Breakfast
0730 Break camp
0800 Start descent
1030 Back at Kapihan nipa hut
1230 Back at jump-off point at Brgy. Ramirez
1300 Leave for Municipal Hall, then Naic via jeep
1400 ETA Naic. Take bus back to Manila
1700 Back in Manila.

Things to bring sa lahat ng akyat

1. pack lunch (before the climb)
2. headlamp / flash light
3. extra battery
4. spoon and fork
5. extra shirts (preferably dri-fit) - at least (2) for climb
6. longsleeves shirt (pantulog)
7. trekking pants or jogging pants
8. socks
9. jacket / rain coat
10. lighter
11. arm warmer (optional)
12. body pouch ( OPTIONAL: for your money and other valuable things)
13. extra food - please not canned goods (mabigat)
14. earth pad or towel nalng kung talagang wala
15. sandals
16. shoes (rubber shoes or trekking shoes; make sure malaki ang grooves sa sole para makapit)
17. drinking bottle ( at least 1 liter)
18. water – depende sa body need nyo pero we suggest na mga around 2.5 liters.
19. candies / energy bar / energy drink (optional)
20. off-lotion / insect repellant
21. basic medicines (wound, sakit sa ulo, lagnat, pagtatae, hilo, sikmura, pain, allergies, and Rx)
22. personal things: soap, toothbrush , etc
23. stainless mug
24. shades and cap (optional)
25. pocket money
26. wet wipes / toilet paper
27. trash bag XL
28. back pack na kasya lahat ng mga dadalhin nyo. LIBRE DAPAT ANG MGA KAMAY NYO basic first aid kit (kahit na isa or dalawa lang for the entire group)
