Question About Transferring To Mapua

talaga bang weighted 2.00 lang ang inaaccept ng mapua for transferees and for 2nd degree takers? please pakisagot.

Mag inquire ka lang po sa Admin kung pwede pakiusapan. Anu pala course mo dati. For sure balik ka sa first year.

May classmate ako, same batch kami, but he came from DLSU ECE, lipat siya xempre sa MAPUA ECE during our 1st year 3rd term, well he didn't start from scratch, and has almost the same number of units passed with the regulars. Try ko alamin kung anu requirement na grade para mag-transfer

Transferee ako! And ayun. Actually. Nadalian lang ako magtransfer. Pinakakailangan lang talaga yung GWA na 2.00 better. The rest is easy peasy. And I'm from Adu BS Geo to MIT BS GSE.

Hi! I would also like to transfer to Mapua from Dlsu, CPE. I have one problem, I failed one subject and it is clearly stated on their site that the transferee must not have any failing grade. Will there any chance I can get in? Will the admin allow me? I have a 2.45 CGPA at DLSU, not bad for a 2.00 requirement for a transferee. Thank You! Your answer would really mean alot to me. Thanks!

Much better if you go directly to Admin office. Bring your credentials for evaluation. Just give them a good valid reason on that failing grade.

Can you ask your friend for me. I was wondering what 2.00 is he referring, 2.0 na grade sa Dlsu or 2.0 sa mapua? I'm not familiar kasi with the grading system sa mapua. IF they're highest is 1.00, so that means ba eh 3.0 (grade sa dlsu) yung needed para makatransfer sa mapua?

Much better if you go directly to Admin office. Bring your credentials for evaluation. Just give them a good valid reason on that failing grade.

i'm from mapua dati and nagtransfer ako to dlsu, engineering din. 2.45 GPA mataas na yun, i'm sure admit ka sa mapua. i have a friend nakasabay ko dati from dlsu din, 2.05 GPA niya with 3 failing grades tinanggap ng mapua. Good luck sayo sa mapua, i didn't like mapua, yung system and teaching sa math, no offense. pumasa ako ng analytic geometry sa mapua 2.50 pero pinaulit sa akin nung pumasok ako sa dlsu, nainis ako nung una, pero sa huli dami ko natutunan, ang laki ng difference! Ang gusto ko lang sa mapua yung chem curriculum nila at lab.

Anyways, that is your opinion. Nagkataon lang siguro na hindi ganung kahusay yung mga naging prof mo sa Math. Goodluck na lang sa studies mo dyan sa La Salle.

Are they really considering transferees with failing grades? I sent an e-mail kasi sa admission office and they replied na once you had a failing grade/s in any of your math subject, you're not qualified in any of their engineering courses. Eh I want sana na engineering pa rin. Will they try to consider me? or not at all? hahaha Thank you!

diba 4.0 yung highest sa dlsu.. anyways, i know quite a few people in my batch na transfer from dlsu and may MGA bagsak sila.. kaso that was way back when i was still studying..
