i think it was in the episode wherein the LF is on the verge of choosing the new Ash. 2.02 or 2.03, there's a stag hunt or something, wherein the 'stag' is a female Fae convict. anyway, there's a scene there wherein all the LF elites are in the Ash's compound to attend a gala for the new Ash candidates, Lachlan was one of them, i forgot if it was Hale who told Bo that Lachlan seems to be the Ash in-waiting for he already impressed the LF elders. actually i forgot na the gist of that episode, but what i remembered though is Bo approached Lachlan and used her enthralling power on him, unfortunately it didn't work. Bo was totally surprised, she thought a succubus can enthrall almost all beings, human or Fae. as i've said the writers failed to address this. why is it that Lachlan didn't even flinched when Bo touched him? anyway, all is water under the bridge now, since dedo na si Lachlan. i'm hoping this season 3 though that it will be pointed out even in passing lang sana, since Bo will be turning dark this season.
as of her father being Dark Fae, it was assumed in the season 1 finale ata. Trick finally came clean to Bo what her Fae origins are. her mother (Aife) was imprisoned for centuries because of a crime of passion (her amorous relationship with a Dark Fae). again, i'm not sure of this, siguro i need to watch that episode again. but i know it was already implied that she is half-Dark. thus the Super-Succubus power scenes in 2.08 and 2.22.
you're right, i see the Kenzi/Dyson pairing as a big bro/little sis chemistry. this is even more clear to us that she really is on Team Dyson! hehehe the fandom are speculating on Kenzi's motivation in helping Dyson get his mojo back. was it for Bo? to help Bo fight the Garuda, or she feels that if Dyson will be in Bo's romantic world again, her developing feelings for Lauren will take a back seat? being a bit jealous on Hotpants, because she thinks she's the only human in Bo's life? honestly, from what i've seen in that episode i think Kenzi was just being a friend to wolfy. she knew that Bo is already in love with Lauren, and to throw a certain wolf distraction to these feelings will cause a spin on her BFF's heart.
speaking of the writing in the show, i hope they fire some of those *****es who ****ed-up some episodes. namely that ***** Grant Rosenberg who wrote 2.12 & 2.19. those epis are really hard to watched, not to mention the OOC-ness of the characters. he can ask Shirley Scarrow to come with him. they need to take a walk! hire somebody who can really write a decent, consistent plot. the guy who wrote the finale, what's his name? Allan McCollough? they can retain him. fans said he's a good writer, having wrote finales for other shows. anyway, enough of my ramblings, it's really up to the powers that be to upped their game and make this a really memorable sci-fi show. hey, they can even surpass Buffy, The Vampire Slayer in popularity if they just make it right.
the half Fae/human storyline is intriguing. since it was declared in the show that this type of relationship is taboo, well, what could have been more enticing a story than a little "you and me against the world" plotline? di ba super angsty? kaya nga if they want to still play up the triangle up to 2 or more seasons (which i hope not), B/L can angst their way through these seasons. basta ba they will be awarding me as a viewer the satisfaction that they will be the OTP of this show. fine, angst-away! hahaha
it's good there's the net to ventilate our gripes on a certain show. at least this way they can monitor fans' observations/complains as indicators that they are telling a very unique, ground-breaking, out of this world type of TV show. which we learned to love and remember for years to come. ilan lang naman sci-fi shows out there na talagang tumatak sa tao (Star Trek, X-File, Buffy, The Vamoire Slayer) to name a few. so i dare them, make it happen!
MIELLE IN (on a laid-back mode as of the moment, boss is a bit off today hehehe)
