Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operations, administration and maintenance of all Telecommunication Servers, Gateways and Adjuncts, including all existing telecom systems in the Production Area and the accountability for maintaining, mission critical, 24x7, systems and support to meet the needs of the core business requirements
Resolution of all issues with phone sets of end-users.
Design, development, management and implementation of local telephony infrastructure systems including voice network circuits from local telecommunication service providers
Completion of all service requests for adds, move and changes on all telephony systems in a timely manner, including but not limited to new phones, extensions / stations, voice mail boxes, voice mail greetings, employee phone log-ins, etc.
Ordering and acquisition, issue and cancel of company mobile phones, and other mobile telecoms equipment and services, needed.
Maintenance of the cross-connect patch panels, making sure that all cables and wiring blocks are numbered and easily identified.
Perform and monitor daily server back up and weekly off-site tape rotation.
Perform systems administration of company-wide Telecoms Servers, Gateways, and adjuncts


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering (ECE / Computer), Computer Science / Information Technology or other equivalent and related course
Solid 3 - 5 years working experience in AVAYA, including Voice Networks' handling in enterprise systems
Avaya Certified Expert (ACE), Avaya Certified Specialist / Associate, Nortel Certified Engineer / Specialist and/or other related IT-certified is an advantage. Additional training or certification in project subject area may also be required
Strong working exposure with Local Area Networking and Wide Area Networking
Must have exposure in the following areas of Telecommunication Systems: (a) Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), (b) Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), (c) Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), (d) Voice and Screen Recording Systems, (e) Predictive Dialer / Dialling System, (f) Call Accounting Systems (CAS), (g) Avaya G3SI / G3r and S8700 Series, (h) Avaya Call Management Systems, (i) Traditional PBX Systems, (j) Voice-over IP, (k) Advance Call Vectoring
Intermediate experience in SQL
Exposure in Linux and / or Unix OS
Exposure in Voice-over IPS tools and Applications
Exposure in Agent tools and related-applications
People Management experience is preferred
Project Management skills
Night shift adaptability
Willing to work in Mall of Asia Pasay
