I applied at ADP yesterday, and i had a bad experience.. Im happy nung una kase pumasa ako sa exam, pero nung initial interview na with the HR who's name in RANDY, grabe disaster yung interviewer na yun 5hours ako nag intay para mainterview tapos nung ininterview na niya napakalazy niya,, yung tipong tamad na tamad siya at di interesado,, so ang kinalabasan wait ko nalang daw email ng HR if i passed the initial interview.. halos lahat na dumaan na applicant sa kanya walang pumasa.. ang malas ko lang at natapat ako sakanya.. haysss... gusto ko pa naman company ang ADP!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I'm quite sure you were still screened objectively. Did you receive an email from HR already?

most of the time kasi, pag bakla ang na sa HR ng call center, masungit talaga pwera na lang pag may itsura yung mga guys na applicants

I dont have yet receive any email from the HR, alam ko na din naman na di na ako tanggap dun kase yung mga kasabayan ko na iba may final interview na sila mismo nung araw na yun, yun yung mga applicant na di si RANDY nag interview..
for travelmate, hindi siya bakla.. and my itsura ako.. hehehe!!

Hi lady lee! im an under graduate but finished 4 years in college. I only got 3 months experience but I know i have good comm skills and can be easily trained// do you think I will pass? Cause if they are really into the qualifications then i wouldn't waste my time dropping by

I've been working w/ a US cable company for 16months, before hand my first work experience was w/ their competitor for 5 months,am really interested joining the company. I am interested to apply as implementation analyst. I have 7 months bpo experience and worked as an admin/hr assistant for 3 years. May I know what is the salary range of an implementation analyst for an entry level like me who wish to apply in ADP. Will you also have a training this July 2012 and I hope you can give me tips in applying.
