sir, apply ka na. make sure na sa initial interview pa lang alam na ng recruiter ang asking price mo. bago ako lumipat sa ADP, my salary was 26K (package). they have managed to provide higher than that. nung una hesitant din ako, pero nung nalaman ko na lahat ng perks at incentive during our orientation, i realized na hindi pala mali naging desisyon ko. galingan mo lang sa training, the adequate word that will best describe is "overwhelming" hehehe... but other than that, i would say that there is no other company here in the philippines that could match ADP's benefits for its employees.

@TS taga NAS-TLM Wave 1 nga pala ako, currently under functional training.

isa pang question.. this is regarding your atm card provider.. ive read that it is citibank...

i worked with citigroup before and i have a bond of 100k for a year. unfortunately, hindi ko kinaya tumagal ng isang taon sa kanila.. having said that, magkakaproblema kaya ako sa pag open ng payroll account dyan since citibank ang atm nyo? have you heard of any situation similar like this. i'm worried kasi baka maging problema ko yan if ever i got accepted dyan. that's also the reason why im not applying at dell kasi citibank din provider nila for their atm's.


any inputs will be much appreciated...

Hi Ms. Ladylee06, I applied yesterday there at ADP. Katatapos ko lang po ng TL interview kagabi around 8pm. Inadvisn ako na tatawagan daw ni patchi withn the week para sa next process. are they really gona get in touch with me?.. kasi mga 10pm kagabi, may missed call ako na landline. Baka sila na un.. Pahelp naman po. It could have been better I think if nakita ko tong thread na to before applying there.

hindi ka nagiisa, i do have a current loan with CITI pero hindi ko pa ulit nababayaran. It was an I-Loan (partnership of citibank with my previous employer). As of this moment, hindi naman ako hinahanap ng citibank dahil dun. At my kasama din ako sa training na may utang pa rin sa kanila (credit card) pero hindi rin naman sya sinisingil. I think it wouldnt be a problem in your part.
