Hi. I'm a tier 2 technical support for Intuit, the maker of Quickbooks, a financial software which i think is a competitor of ADP. I worked with the tech support how to group and my knowledge with payroll is just basic. we have a specific payroll department kasi. I'm wondering if my experience with quickbooks will be treated as an advantage to any entry level post here? and magkano ba offer dito? in house kasi to so im thinking it should be higher than what i'm getting from my previous employer. im currently getting 24k package. tatapatan kaya nila yun? please send me info regarding this.. and i promise i will tell HR na nirefer moko in exchange of the info. sir, apply ka na. make sure na sa initial interview pa lang alam na ng recruiter ang asking price mo. bago ako lumipat sa ADP, my salary was 26K (package). they have managed to provide higher than that. nung una hesitant din ako, pero nung nalaman ko na lahat ng perks at incentive during our orientation, i realized na hindi pala mali naging desisyon ko. galingan mo lang sa training, the adequate word that will best describe is "overwhelming" hehehe... but other than that, i would say that there is no other company here in the philippines that could match ADP's benefits for its employees.
