An Implementation Analyst manages the set-up of new U.S. based payroll clients (business-to-business) into ADP’s payroll systems.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field.
• High volume, problem resolution, technical clients services experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
• Strong verbal/written communication and telephone etiquette skills are required.
• Must be willing to work on night shifts and shifting schedules.
• Must be willing to work at the RCBC Plaza, Makati.
• Must be willing to start on April 30, 2012.

NOTE: This is non-voice/back office but will involve a few calls, mostly for follow-ups, clarification etc.

However, please note that this position is NOT pure non voice. You will have you make some calls for verification, clarification and confirmation purposes.

But yes, most communication is done via email and it's more on data analysis and encoding.
