    ************************************************** ************************

If we only depend on the salary that we receive at the end of the month, I believe that our expenses are more than what we make. it's just not enough! if you earn P20,000 a month, and you work for 20 years, this is how your lifetime income will look.

    P20,000
    x12 months
    ---------------
    240,000 / year
    x 20 years of employment
    ------------------------------
    P4,800,000.00 almost a lifetime income
vs. P2.4M in 1year with our company. (Worst case scenario)

With P4.8 million pesos, could you afford to buy a car or a house? If your answer is yes, it means you will not spend a centavo since the time you started working, and will not spend anything until you retire. This is definitely not workable. So what really happens when you receive your salary? Is the income enough to pay your necessities? If it’s not enough what will be the most logical thing to do? BORROW MONEY! I have nothing against employment, but im just stating a fact that this really happens to ordinary employment and I experienced it! DIVERSIFY!

Open your mind at wag kang ma-pride! Pinayaman ka na ba ng pride mo?
May dalawang klase ng PRIDE. Yung madaling maubos tsaka matagal maubos!
LOL! Think of it!

"Money is not the very important thing in this world, but the lack of money affects the very important things in this world." Make sense?

"If we keep on doing what we always do, we will keep on getting what we always get!!!...Change the direction of your life by taking "ACTION" TODAY not TOMORROW"!!!

Hi, I am 19 (going 20) years old

As of now I have 15K more or less in a bank (BPI) matagal kong pinagipunan iyan naalala ko pa noong Second year college (or was it first year) pa ata ako noong nagbukas ako ng account sa BPI
    10K invested in BPI UITF

i remember nung first few years ko working, adik na adik ako sa pagpunta sa BDO everytime may naipon ako from my sweldo para magdeposit... for 4 years, i was able to save about 200K+ 26 lang ako nun..kaya continue what you're doing...wag lang masyadong obsess sa pag-ipon at di mo na enjoy yung money mo lalo pa at your age, sayang ang life kung puros lang ipon..

  7. #7
ok at least i know I'm on the right track

150k is not bad, at least may naipon ka.. If you have a child na, you must prepare for your childs education, a college fund, start saving naman for education..

im 34yo, 1M in the bank. earning quarterly interest of 45,000. matagal ko na syang ipon.

yung interest lang ang winiwidro every month which is 15,000.
    15,000 * 3 = 45,000

i ensure that i dont go beyond my limit.

what im doing now is dagdagan pa ng yung capital contribution ko. maybe to 2-3 million.

sana kayanin ko.. since *** ako sss..gsis..

kapag nag3M ako. that means 135k per quarter or 45k per month.

  15. #15
    ^ at mukhang tax-free huh

dare michelle28 to tell us what that bank product is para naman may idea din ang iba

  16. #16
^ yup afpslai 18% per annum since they cater soldiers and their dependents, etc

    www.afpslai.com.ph/

sundalo po kasi ang daddy ko.
my dad introduce me to save my money here kasi malaki talaga tubo sa capcon.

their main branch is in camp aguinaldo.

    police have PSSLAI
AMWSLAI is 13% per annum, PAFCIPIC is 22% per annum, ACDI is 18% per annum (not sure), CWSLAI =18% per annum (not sure), at marami pa.

dahil sa laki ng mga interes.. what they do is nililimit na nila mga deposits ng members..

you can check it out or ask if my kakilala/kamaganak kayo nasa service..
