CSR for Back Office Account
The CSR for Implementation manages the set-up of new U.S. based payroll clients (business-to-business) into ADPís payroll systems.
- At least a High School Diploma
- High volume, problem resolution, technical clients services experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
- Strong verbal/written communication and telephone etiquette skills are required.
- Must be willing to work on night shifts and shifting schedules.
- Must be willing to work at the RCBC Plaza, Makati.
- Must be willing to start on April 30, 2012.
NOTE: This is non-voice/back office but will involve a few calls, mostly for follow-ups, clarification etc.
