Hi guys. I have an apartment beside UST. Dapitan cor. Dos Castillas. Super laki ng space promise and since 2 kwarto I need borders like 3-4 (Mas okay kung girls) para sa other room. Malaki yung space niya and I can lend you electric fan. May mga gamit ako like Ref, Tv and such. Pwede niyo gamitin basta magpaalam lang kayo sa akin. Lilipat na ko sa 22 so immediately needed. 12k kasi siya bale 1600 babayaran niyo + electric and water bill, syempre sagot ko na yung mas malaking bayad dahil nga solo ko naman yung room.
