According po sa nabasa kong comment dito about BS-PSYCH sa San Beda , maganda naman po daw kaso ang problem lang is mga professor , kailangan daw ng mas magagaling. By the way, di pa po ako student in San Beda, im applying po for freshman BSBA-HRM ^^ =)

okay na ngayon Psychology sa San Beda kasi bago na curriculum and okay yung mga bagong professors. and as far as i know affiliated na din sila sa NCMH so pwede na mag OJT dun.

Yun pala eh Ok na daw hayyy sayang BS-Psych yung gusto kong choice kaso natakot ako bka di pumasa hahaha , Di kc ako nkapasa sa UST eh BS-Psych kinuha ko. hmm well BSBA-HRM naman includes Industrial Psychology dba? ) sana makapasa ako )

  5. #5
yes BSBA HRM is more of Industrial Psych. actually if you pass the entrance exam kahit anong course na gusto mo pwede mong kunin. sabihin mo lang na papalitan mo yung course na inilagay mo sa application form. afaik, pwede yun.

I might transfer to Beda. BSBA Marketing and Corporate Communications sana course ko e, maganda ba yun sa Beda? I'm considering Psychology rin since maganda pala feedback.. but what are the job opportunities kung hindi mo itutuloy sa med school or graduate school? Hehe.

  7. #7
Okay naman yung Marketing sa SB AFAIK. ü
for Psych most of my batchmates na hindi nag med or law are working sa HR department yung iba naman teacher sa pre-school and may naging guidance counselor din. Ü

Oh, so halos pareho lang pala ng HRM. Hehe. I was thinking of getting nga International Studies and Entrepreneurial Mgt. pero hindi ko na siya makita sa list.. I wonder why.

  9. #9
International Studies? walang ganun sa CAS. Entrep na yung International and Business Mgt Ü

Oops, my bad! Siguro nga entrep na yung sinasabi ko. Lol. Hehe. Still hesitating to transfer from UST tho. I just don't which will weigh more in the future, the shool or the degree. What do you think po? Any advice?

pano magplit ng course? bka naman mrming requirements pa kailanganin like sa Benilde >.< mgnda ba BSBA-HRM nila? sbi nung tga beda konti *** daw kumukuha nun

  12. #12
@mikaelascott Marketing is good din yun nga madami ding job oportunities. school or degree? hmmm. yes UST kasi is one of the big 4 universities pero believe me when I say na Bedans are competitive sa corporate world. hindi ka mahihirapang maghanap ng trabaho pagka graduate mo.

@topey01 wala ng kailangang requirements sasabihin mo lang. during our time kasi sa orientation binibigyan kami ng chance magpalit kung anong course na talaga gusto namin. pag nakuha mo na yung result ng exam mo sabihin mo agad na gusto mo magpalit ng course if ever. BSBA HRM kasi is bago pa sa San Beda so expect talaga na onti pa lang yung kumukuha compared sa Marketing and Accountancy, etc.

anu ba career goal mo? kasi parang mali din naman na maliitin mo ang pagiging AB (mapa UST or anung school man). even sa BS courses if you dont know where your going you will end up nowhere. kaya alamin mo po muna ang gusto mo mangyari sa buhay mo in the future before deciding, di na importante kung anung school o kurso iyan. SBC is a good school pero be sure muna sa goal mo in life. Goodluck.

Ohh, that's a good thing. Hehe.

Sorry for the "lang" word. Hehe. I really don't mean to belittle AB, I actually hate it when they say AB ang pinaka mababa sa UST. What I want kasi is a more versatile course, yung tipong maraming job opportunities. Plus, I'm not considering law school or graduate school, which I think AB is best with. Hehe. Hmm, I really don't know what job ang gusto ko, but I would like to work sana sa hotels or airport, and corps and big companies aren't bad for me either. I'm stuck in AB, so I considered transferring.

its ok...advice ko lang follow what you want at kung saan sa tingin mo kaya mo...di na importante kung sang school ka galeng basta ba gusto mo kurso at ginagawa mo...SBC is a good choice or even consider other schools...pero be sure na gusto mo talaga kurso mo... saka mo na muna isipin trabaho kasi bago nun kailangan mo na muna grumadwate...ang mga AB grads nga nakakakuha ng mga work eh...goodluck

Hi! I'm an incoming freshman sa San Beda-Manila. Tatanong ko lang if the BS Psychology program in San Beda will be enough as Pre-Med. Kasi nakita ko yung list of subjects ko for first semester and konti lang yung mga Sciences and Maths. I'm scared that baka not enough yung units required as prerequisite ng mga med schools. The ff. are the list of prerequisite subjects for med school paki tingin naman po if they will all be taken in the BS Psychology program in San Beda. THANK YOU!

    Med. School Prerequisite:

    30 units Science-
15 units Biology (Botany, General Zoology,
    General Biology, Parasitology, Physiology
    and Vertebrae Comparative Anatomy)

    10 units Chemistry (General Chemistry,
    Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry
    and Biochemistry)
    5 units Physics (General Physics)

    9 units Mathematics (Algebra, Trigonometry,
    Pre-Calculus, Calculus or Statistics)

12 units Social Sciences (History, Sociology,
    Humanities, Philosophy and Political Science)
