im back..this morning around 5:30 my mother woke me up samahan ko daw sya kasi my meeting sya..inaantok na bumangon ako(as if na puyat na puyat) ang lola nahalata kong bihis na bihis so nag tanung ako sa mama kung bakit??? sabi basta mag madali daw ako at may pupuntahan kami..to make my story short nagulat ako bakit nasa school kami ng anak ko??? at bakit andaming tao?? at bakit may poster ni papa p??? at madami pang bakit...so heto na nakaupo ako sa hagdanan ng gym ng school around 9am...may nag announce at nag pakilala kay papa P..susme akala ko joke time..pero my God i saw him with my two big eyes..as in dilat na dilat ako and my son ask me si papa p ba yon mommy??? yes! finally i saw him wearing a blue BDO shirt si PIOLO PASCUAL nga...i hug my mother and very thankful sa ginawa nya..sabi nya gifts daw nya saken yun kase alam daw nya na idol ko si papa p...kumanta sya ng 5 songs i think...my mga pictures pero later kona upload, grabe what a shocking and happy day..thanks God...by the way sa LICEO DE SAN Pablo ko sya nakita kanina...San Pablo Laguna..hayzzzzz...sorry kung na cornihan kayo..sobrang saya lang ng feeling gusto kong isigaw kanina na PASIONISTA ako..waaaaa....

Hello sa lahat ng OL and SL. Matagal na akong hindi nag-post so babawi ako ngayon with a kuwento about the West Coast bonding yesterday.....

We got together yesterday to welcome Tita M sa West Coast and to celebrate Mother's Day. The original plan was just for dinner but we decided to start earlier so we have more time for the kuwentuhans.

For me, the bonding started when I picked up Tita B and Tita M at 1pm then drove to LA to get Tita N, then off to Ren's hotel to wait for Carmi and Lulu, pero we found out wala pa sa aming kumakain and everyone was so hungry. Pati yung konting trail mix ni Tita B pinaghatian while we looked for a place to eat.

As always, it was an adventure looking for the restaurant, Ren and Tita N were my navigators---it was so confusing to follow their conversation figuring out where we are supposed to be headed. Naalala tuloy namin the last time Tita N navigated when I asked her if I need to "turn left" and she said "right", so I made a right turn when it should have been a left

This time, we are trying to go to an intersection of two parallel streets ----- first time kong ring ginawa yung U-turn sa 4-way stop----pati si Tita B humanga sa driving skills ko after her heart rate settled down, kasi siya yung nasa passenger seat. After going around the block several times, I finally took out my tablet to look for the restaurant. The place was worth it, ang sarap ng food and mabilis ang service.

After eating, we headed back to the hotel where Carmi and Lulu were already waiting for us, kuwentuhan ng konti, then nagkayayaan kumain ulit because they were hungry too. This time, Lulu drove us in her van, pag-alis na pag-alis pa lang namin sa hotel pinaplano na ni Lulu and Carmi yung route namin to get back to the hotel without making a left turn.

As soon as we sat down at the Max's to order, we heard a sign---"Ikaw ang Aking Pangarap" was playing, then Tita B noticed that the picture behind her was the fountain at the Binondo Park. Paano ka ba naman hindi magiging asaness, with the company and the experience we had yesterday

From Max's, Tita N needed to be dropped off at a friend's house for a swimming party, I volunteered to drive kasi we can't get there without making left turns, ayaw ni Lulu non Tita A was there, unfortunately she was already in the pool so she couldn't come out to see us, next time na lang daw.

We went back to the hotel for more kuwentuhans and tawanan---ang gulo-gulo, sabi nga ni Tita M, parehong-pareho talaga ang atmosphere ng Pasionista bonding whether sa Philippines or dito, different people but the same characteristics and personalities.

It was a fun-filled day with friends, spending time with the Pasion sisters is really worth driving through the LA traffic on a Friday afternoon. Hanggang pag-gising ko this morning, I had a smile in my face reminiscing the friendship and laughter. Kahit ano pang mangyari, proud ako to be a Pasionista and to be among true friends. GFW!

Thank you Ren for your generosity. Tita M, thank you for coming kahit jet-lagged ka pa, for your wonderful pasalubong and for your messengerial services

Lulu, salamat rin for making the long drive to be with us and for your positivity---ayan kahit konti asaness na rin ako Carmi, thank you for spending time with us kahit nag-phone tag tayo, dumating ka pa rin. I love the boses _ _ _ _ and fried chicken na manok

Tita N, kahit na ang dami nating missed calls to each other sumama ka pa rin, nagtatampo na nga ako kala ko ini-is-screen mo na yung tawag ko. And Tita B, kahit na may sakit ka pa at mayuming lumakad, thank you for the laughter and for your support.

I love you guys!!! Next week ulit?

JOY! You are totally awesome! Ang galing
ng recall mo ng mga details about our bonding
yesterday. It was as usual a happy time, for me
especially, because I have been unwell for the
last month or so. But no bad back or whatever
pain, was going to stop me from joining in. Thanks
Joy for driving - I must say you drove us all very
well indeed.

It was funny that you mentioned those signs.........
the song, the fountain picture, I think we were all
willing signs to appear before us, or force our
imaginations to please make it the sign we were
looking for! I was sort of glad there were some very
realistic people in the group who made us all
just stop doing it na! But there was still the
usual konek-konek, our imaginative explanation
for things, and of course, our fervent wish for
the two, and mostly for all of us to move on na
with peace and joy in our hearts.

I went home with a happy heart because I laughed so hard, and established connections with the sisters once again. It is something I would do over and over again
and of course I still keep asking, Why would I do this? BAKIT??? Is it Ren's generosity, Tita M's counsel, Carmi's charm, Tita Nora's straight shoots, Lulubelle's BIs, or Joy's skill in everything? BAKIT nga ba?

Dearest Anne! There are moments, and there are the real moments! You are so lucky to have such a great one, helped out by a Kunsintidorang mother, who obviously knows what was going to make you HAPPY!
