1) To make the whole area as her fish pond to feed her 2b people, and grab other economic resources in the area. (Effectively robbing the Philippines).

2) To make herself the sole authority to control movement in the whole sea.

3) And thereby dominate all of the South East Asian region

China must not be allowed to do these.

Excuse me for jumping on this but, you madame, are most certainly the one acting like a chao-huan. It seems to me you're bias to China is merely based on your bloodline.

Whether it was on their *historical* maps or not, modern times have set delineated territories for each country. Just compare the nautical measurements in territories, China ends up having at least twice as much territorial waters if we were to concede.
