Yeap. But I have a very limited time. Will be landing in Guatemala from Cancun on at 8 pm 05 Sept , then fly out on 09 Sept. I will just base myself in Antigua and probably, last night in Guatemala City as I have a 6 am flight out of GUA .

Planning now on a Rio De Janeiro NYE, hahahahhaha.

Im eyeing a cheap ticket to Sao Paulo and want to see Iguazu Falls before celebrating NYE somewhere else. Or cross to Paraguay after Iguazzu. But I'm planning to be in Rio for the NYE.Its just a plan , nothing concrete yet! Would be cool to meet you in Rio NYE as well?

Got any plans? Will you be in Costa Rica on holidays or ull be in Pinas? Might be cool to spend NYE in Costal Rica. Tamarindo or Jaco Beach? Let me know..

If you're staying in Antigua for 2-3 days, you should do the coffee plantation tour, climb the hill, and bathe in the thermal waters. The Antigua proper is just small (You can walk around its main destinations in a span of 20-30 minutes).

From Guate City, I took one of those chicken buses (for the adventure factor ), but there are shuttle buses or vans readily available if you want comfort.

Jaco in Costa Rica, on the other hand, is not the best beach area. It's just like Batangas or Cavite. I'd recommend Guanacaste (where Tamarindo is). And, oh, spending NYE in Costa Rica is a bad idea; nothing spectacular really. That's why I'd rather spend my holidays in the Philippines. Hehe.

and speaking of Taca Airlines, i just remember this picture na pinadala sa akin ng kaibigan ko and I couldn't find it anymore. But it was so hilarious and please forgive me kung may masasagasaan ako....

The Picture was....open-aircraft na karamihan ng mga tao ay may mga kung anu-anong bitbit, not even one has a luggage, at may dalawa na may dalang manok and asa taas sila ng plane (parang jeep lang sa probinsiya na karamihan gusto umupo sa taas...I wish I could find the picture but it was sent to me by a friend from Nicaragua. super funny lang.

ayoko cevichi, hindi kasi luto, hehe, kinilaw yan sa atin di ba? I tried one in Lima, Peru, it tasted good , never had a stomach upset, but still hilaw siya, naluto lang sa suka, hahaha.

Wellprobably, because it was just an appetizer when I have lunch in Miraflores.


It migth be different kung gawing puluttan, then I wont mind anymore , hahaha.
