Are there Software Tester and QA Tester Certifications in the Philippines?

Hi to all Software Testers, Can you please give me advice kung paano makakakuha ng certification sa software testing? and what school ang nagooffer ng training but with cheaper cost.
I am currently employed in a japanese company and this is my first job with this industry. please give me insights regarding in this field. Thanks!

You can take the Rational Functional Tester and Rational Performance Tester classes in IBM. I'm a certified IBM Solutions Designer for Rational Performance Tester V8. You can take the test at MisNET.

Kung mag-uumpisa ka pa lang mag-iinvest sa mga certifications, maganda siguro kung unahin mo muna yung mga basic at generic certifications like ISTQB/ISEB as opposed sa kukuha ka agad ng mga specialized certifications. Unless, gusto mo talaga magpakadalubhasa sa mga special tools gaya ng IBM, QTP, etc.
