The FIRST twelve teams to confirm their participation will be the ones who will queue to the Starting Line on SATURDAY April 21, 2012 0730 Philippine Standard Time (UTC +08:00).

Deadline of confirmation of participation is SUNDAY April 15, 2012 2100 Philippine Standard Time (UTC +08:00).New applications are still allowed up to that date AND time as well.

The teams who will race will be posted MONDAY April 16, 2012 1800 PST (UTC +08:00).
