actually sa church wedding namin ni Mister - parang bisita lang kami... ang nag-ayos kasi ng kasal ang mami ko habang nasa ibang bansa kami ni mister - (OCW)... ang measurements namin- itinawag lang sa mami ko... so pag-uwi - ayos na ang gown at barong - suot na lang sa mismong araw ng kasalan...

church wedding ko ayon muntik din mg collapse sa init. seguro mga seconds din ngblack out ako kaya binilisan ng pari ang ceremony. ahihi.

hindi ako satisfied sa preparation kasi parang i'm young that time ang nasa isip ko lang basta maikasal pero ok naman kinalabasan. Pero pag naiisip ko kasal ko while i watch the video madami ako gusto baguhin. Bawi na lang ako sa silver anniversary siguro kung may budget.

Dalawang beses kaming kinasal ng husband ko, una sa civil, then sa simbahan, kasi inantay namin ang Daddy ko na makauwi, bago kami nagpakasal sa simbahan.

Batang province ang napangasawa ko, kaya talagang ugaling province pati mga angkanan niya, nakakatuwa, nagpumilit talaga sila na hindi kami magpa cater, at sila dapat daw ang magluluto.

Nagkatay ng baboy, ng baka, ng manok, mga isda, tapos niluluto sa malaking kawan... Sila din ang nag lechon, talagang na enjoy ko yung moment na yun, kasi at home na at home ako, na feeling special, kasi parang reyna at ipinagluto pa

Sa kasal naman ng iba, sa bilang ko, naging abay ako, about 20 times, mula flowergirl hanggang maid of honor.

May na attendan akong kasal, kasal ng pinsan ko, sa hagisan ng bouquet at yung garter, yung dalawang abay, nagkatuluyan sila, nag start lang yun sa tuksuhan noong kasal.

I was at my ugliest on my wedding day. I cried (I was drunk with emotions. Can't explain, really), and my makeup was gone in no time. The venue is 200 meters high and it was so windy. My (hair) updo sort of unraveled. I removed my shoes din after the ceremony. I was walking barefoot.

It was the perfect wedding, however.

My wedding was last February 4. We wanted a small intimate wedding and invited 80 guests lang but because people from the province does NOT understand the essence of an RSVP, 150 came! So needless to say, nakulang yung food. So be strict sa RSVP niyo. On the day ng wedding, good thing my wedding coordinator handled it well kasi she didnt want us getting stressed on our day. But yun nga, andaming nagtampo why daw we didnt invite them, blah blah! And yun mga bitter na hindi ininvite, andaming sinasabi. So i just tweeted (para di naman obvious na may mga specific people akong pinaparinggan. As if ba na i dont know who they are) "our wedding was a private affair intended for our families and CLOSE friends. My whole life has been scrutinized by the public eye and we wanted an intimate affair for an intimate occasion. To all the haters who have so much to say, who are you to tell me who to invite and not to invite? Are you paying for it?" after that, wala na akong narinig na stories. LOL

Live-in stories, wala?

I think its a good decision to live together for a while before getting married. That way, you really get to know the person, kung ano talaga ugali niya, and stuff like that. And you can make a decision if you want to spend the rest of your life with that person.

The downside is society frowns upon this. But then again, sino ba ang may relationship diba?

My story, i lived with my kids' dad pretty much the whole duration of our relationship. Of course, we lived with his parents since we were so young when we had kids. Yun ko nakilala kung ano talaga siya, very abusive physically and emotionally. He would go gambling on weekends while i stayed home with the kids, did laundry and cleaned his room. Until di ko na talaga kaya, i packed up my stuff, my kids' stuff and went home.

Carissa and I met in Singapore, set up on a blind date by our mutual conspiring friends. I bet they never expected how fast our love would blossom into what it is today.
