Jennylyn Mercado joins Luis Manzano in ABS-CBN “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal”

Manila, Philippines – Jennylyn Mercado joined his boyfriend Luis Manzano on his game show “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal“, which was aired on Saturday, April 28, 2012, as second part of the actor-host’s birthday celebration.

As featured on ABS-CBN Channel 2 on Saturday night, Jennylyn Mercado was the guest of Luis Manzano on “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal“, a week after his mother, Batangas governor and veteran actress Ms. Vilma Santos appeared on the show.

On the first part of the show, the 24-year old GMA-7 actress, who came along on the show with her mother, danced with the 24 gorgeous ladies on the modeling and dance routine, but lost early her chance to win the P1-million prize.

Mercado, whose first offer from ‘Banker’ was P26,700, also lost her chance to win the grand prize of P2 million and P500,000 as well; and sang some lines of “So Amazing” which the couple revealed as their theme song.

Meanwhile, Manzano, who turned 31 last April 21, helped Mercado in revealing to the audience how they met and why they call each other “Mats”; and frequently kissed her on the cheek which he said as luck to win.

On the last part of the show, Briefcase #s 7 and 16 were the only ones left and Banker’s last offer to Jennylyn Mercado was P5,000; and the actress still took the chance of ‘no-deal’, who chose Briefcase # 7 and won P100 only instead of P10,000.

Luis Manzano to Guest on Showbiz Central

Luis Manzano is expected to cross over to the Kapuso Network as guest in Showbiz Central.



This is actually a deal made by rival networks (ABS-CBN and GMA-7) in exchange for Jennylyn Mercado to guest on Kapamilya Deal or No Deal, Luis Manzano will guest on Showbiz Central.
Jennylyn’s guesting stint in her boyfriend’s game show “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal” is set to be aired this Saturday, April 28, as part of Manzano’s two-part birthday celebration. Last week, no less than Gov. Vilma Santos, Luis’ mom, graced his game show as celebrity player.
Luis expressed how happy he was that Jennylyn was allowed to appear on ABS-CBN. He said, “I am really very thankful to her for making my birthday celebration extra special.”



Since Jennylyn has fulfilled her part of the deal, Luis is set to fulfill his part as well. Soon, he will cross over to GMA Network to appear on his girlfriend’s showbiz talk show “Showbiz Central.”
