Hello! I had the same problem before. Gusto ko din ng new image pagdating ko ng college. When I was in high school, umabot ako ng 195 pounds and during that time, nasa dulo ng priorities ko ang pag lose ng weight. Pero siyempre pag nafi-feel mo na yung pagiging college mo, you want to try something new so I decided to lose weight. Wala naman ako masyadong naging meal plan and everything. Talagang bawas lang sa kain at walang processed foods. Syempre, you have to exercise. Stepper lang gamit ko and jumping rope (Walang pang-gym eh. Hahahaha!) Ayun, fortunately nakapagbawas naman ako. 140 na lang ako ngayon. =) DAPAT TALAGA DETERMINED KANG MAGPAPAYAT KASI YUNG TATAMAD TAMAD KA, WALANG MANGYAYARI SAYO.

, basta I'm willing to slim down by the end of 2012. I've been in the gym thrice this week and all I'd do 1 hour of cardio and 30 minutes of those gym equipments for the stomach torso arms blah blah.
For two months, exercise ako at lunch lang kinakain ko. Pumayat ako ng sobra. I dont recommend this pero dito ako pumayat eh.
