    Hello! I had the same problem before. Gusto ko din ng new image pagdating ko ng college. When I was in high school, umabot ako ng 195 pounds and during that time, nasa dulo ng priorities ko ang pag lose ng weight. Pero siyempre pag nafi-feel mo na yung pagiging college mo, you want to try something new so I decided to lose weight. Wala naman ako masyadong naging meal plan and everything. Talagang bawas lang sa kain at walang processed foods. Syempre, you have to exercise. Stepper lang gamit ko and jumping rope (Walang pang-gym eh. Hahahaha!) Ayun, fortunately nakapagbawas naman ako. 140 na lang ako ngayon. =) DAPAT TALAGA DETERMINED KANG MAGPAPAYAT KASI YUNG TATAMAD TAMAD KA, WALANG MANGYAYARI SAYO.

    ok po ah.. :3 .. nhihili ako..ngayon palang po kasi ako mag sstart mag diet..gumagamit po ako nitong supplement na a!life control..mga 1 week ko na po syang ginagamit para mas mabilis makapag diet..sabay sabay po tayo mag diet ngayong bakasyon!..

    Mataba ako nung second year high school ako. Summer vacation, nag strict diet ako ayoko kasing mataba ako sa JS Prom namin For two months, exercise ako at lunch lang kinakain ko. Pumayat ako ng sobra. I dont recommend this pero dito ako pumayat eh.

    drink water, no sodas. tas bawas ng rice. nakakafrustrate sa bagal ng bawas sa umpisa, pero hindi naman dapat magmadali. baka bumalik lang ang weight mo kapag frustrated ka.

    chill lang. basta may konting bawas, okay yun. slowly but surely. hehe.

    True, don't engage something in a diet you can't be consistent with. Or else your weight will rebound and it's bad for your liver.

    And crash diet, even if it did Iza Calzado well, is not recommended. So it's a big no-no.

    Your doctor is wrong about losing 2lbs a week.

    While changes don't happen overnight,they can happen in short periods when properly done. Short periods defined as a month.

    Taking baby steps leads to baby step successes. If you want to reinforce mentally your results, you have to go COLD TURKEY. All the way right away. It's like quitting smoking, success rates for COLD TURKEY (abruptly quitting) is higher than gradual quitting.

    Hello! I have recently tried a 5-day program and lost 8 pounds. From 127 lbs, I am now at 119. I am now a believer of the product I've used since I was able to prove its effectiveness. Nung una kasi hindi ako ganon naniniwala kahit na nasubukan na ng mga friends ko. During the 5-day program, naging meal replacement ko yung product then fruits and vegetables lang ang pwedeng isabay. Worth it naman yung diet.
